As a 1st Line IT Support Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues. You’ll work within a close-knit, friendly team and gain exposure to various IT environments and technologies — ideal for someone eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities

Provide 1st line technical support via phone and email.

Log, track, and resolve issues using our servicedesk system.

Use remote monitoring, management, and access tools.

Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients.

Assist colleagues with internal projects and IT tasks.

Maintain a professional, helpful, and positive approach at all times.
What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Friendly, approachable, and a good team player.

Passion for IT and willingness to learn new technologies.

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

IT certifications (e.g. A+, Microsoft) are desirable.

Previous IT support desk experience is a plus — not essential.

A full UK driver’s license is preferred.
