What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with account and practice leaders to strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Engage both new and existing clients to build a robust sales pipeline and secure Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

  • Meet with a diverse range of decision-makers to understand client needs and showcase Slalom’s capabilities

  • Build and maintain a portfolio of target accounts across multiple industries

  • Use Slalom’s sales platforms to manage forecasts and work in partnership with internal teams

  • Strengthen relationships with Alliance partners to support growth in priority practice areas

  • Partner with consultants to tap into their networks and generate additional business leads

  • Organize and participate in marketing events that promote the Slalom brand

  • Act as a key point of contact between clients, internal teams, and partners

  • Mentor fellow sales professionals within your market and across other Slalom locations

  • Meet or exceed an annual sales target of $7M in your first year

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 5 years in business development or direct sales, preferably within the consulting space

  • Proven track record of winning new business and establishing strong client relationships

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas over the last 3 years

  • Experience engaging C-level executives and building long-term strategic partnerships

  • Strong background in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-impact deals

  • A creative, forward-thinking mindset with a passion for uncovering new possibilities

  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn from clients, partners, competitors, and peers

  • Highly self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills

Compensation Range

  • Sales Director: $146,000 – $234,000 base salary

  • Senior Sales Executive: $123,000 – $197,000 base salary
    Annual discretionary bonuses may be offered in addition to base salary.
    Actual compensation will vary based on experience, skills, location, and other individual factors. These salary ranges may be adjusted as needed.
