Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and provide strategic industry insights to executive leadership while maintaining a high-quality, specialized equipment finance portfolio.

  • Generate leads through proactive outreach and collaborate closely with Corporate, Commercial, and Private Financial Group bankers to deliver financing solutions for new and existing clients.

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities, prepare deal preview packages, and work with internal teams to document deals in alignment with regulatory guidelines.

  • Market leasing products internally and externally, negotiate lease terms and buyout options, and oversee the preparation of all associated documentation.

  • Monitor client creditworthiness and manage collections for delinquent accounts.

  • Perform additional duties as needed to support business goals.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the leasing industry and/or commercial banking


Preferred Qualifications

  • Formal credit training

  • Strong ability to structure complex financial deals and assess credit risk

  • Experience leading or mentoring others

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Effective negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal abilities


Workplace Type: Office
Some roles outside of the branch network may qualify for a hybrid work arrangement. While remote flexibility is supported, in-person collaboration will be encouraged for key meetings and initiatives.


Compensation Range: $77,000 – $154,000 (Annual Base Salary)
Actual compensation will depend on experience, location, and individual performance. This role also qualifies for an incentive compensation plan.
