What the Role Involves
As part of our Client Sales team, you will support existing subscription clients—excluding our top 500 accounts—across EMEA, the US, and APAC regions, focusing on web-based client engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to existing accounts, cultivating strong client relationships to deliver exceptional service.

Conduct in-depth market research and collaborate with the Sales Team Leader to identify and target key sectors, leveraging insights and internal data.

Schedule and conduct multiple virtual meetings each day with key decision-makers.

Keep internal stakeholders informed of your activities and marketplace developments through both informal updates and formal reports.

Complete all sales support tasks accurately and on time.

Deliver tailored, well-researched sales presentations that highlight the value of our services by showcasing relevant profiles and articles.

Work closely with Client Executives and trial users to demonstrate the product’s value and guide them through the decision-making process to conversion.

Maintain precise and current records in Microsoft CRM, logging all customer interactions, insights, and opportunities.

Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prospect fund managers, institutional investors, and service providers.

Stay up-to-date on market trends and product developments through collaboration with internal teams and personal research.
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience:

Previous experience in a sales-focused or client-facing role.

Demonstrated success in selling products or services in a goal-oriented environment.

Solid experience as a Sales Executive or in a comparable role.
