About the Role
Are you a results-driven Business Analyst with experience in retail, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain? Card Factory is on the lookout for a sharp analytical thinker who can transform complex business needs into smart, scalable solutions.
You’ll play a central role in bridging the gap between strategy and execution—leading requirements engineering, mapping current and future processes, and collaborating across teams to drive continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid role with flexible working and regular collaboration at our Wakefield head office.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the gathering and refining of business requirements aligned to strategic goals
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships (including C-suite)
Map current and future state business processes using tools like Microsoft Visio
Conduct thorough data analysis and uncover cross-functional dependencies
Support creation of business cases, evaluating both technical and non-technical options
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to define test cases, use cases, and support documentation
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate successful project delivery
Influence decision-making by challenging assumptions and offering clear recommendations
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in retail, supply chain, logistics, or EDI-focused environments
Confident working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and requirement analysis
Strong communication and time-management skills
A proactive self-starter who thrives in cross-functional teams
BCS or IIBA certification is a plus
