Position Summary
As a vital member of the Human Resources team, the Rewards Manager will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of compensation programs across the Americas region. This role is both strategic and analytical—responsible for ensuring that the company’s compensation structures are competitive, equitable, and aligned with global standards while meeting local market demands.
We’re seeking candidates with a strong foundation in compensation consulting from top-tier advisory firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, PwC, EY, or similar. Experience in luxury, retail, or other consumer-facing sectors is an advantage but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement compensation strategies including base pay structures, variable incentive programs (short-term and long-term), and recognition initiatives.

Act as the subject matter expert on compensation policies, pay equity, market trends, and regulatory compliance.

Lead the annual compensation cycle (merit increases, bonus distributions, and equity awards), ensuring seamless execution across all markets in the region.

Conduct comprehensive market benchmarking and compensation analysis using external survey data and internal metrics.

Provide strategic support to HR Business Partners and senior leadership on compensation planning and decision-making.

Collaborate closely with Global Total Rewards teams to ensure alignment with corporate compensation philosophy while tailoring programs for regional relevance.

Work with Finance and HRIS teams to support compensation budgeting, reporting, and governance activities.

Support or lead broader Total Rewards initiatives such as executive compensation, mobility, and compensation-related communications.
Ideal Candidate Profile

5–10+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR consulting.

Strong background with a leading management or HR consulting firm (e.g., PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, BCG, McKinsey).

In-house experience in luxury, retail, fashion, hospitality, or consumer brands is advantageous.

Deep understanding of U.S. compensation practices; exposure to Canada and/or Latin America is a plus.

Advanced analytical skills and Excel proficiency, particularly in compensation modeling.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (MBA, Master’s in HR) or certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional – CCP) are preferred.

Compensation:
Base salary range: $160,000 – $220,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
