Based in East Kilbride, we support thousands of UK businesses with a commitment to fast, accurate fulfilment and exceptional service. With in-house embroidery and printing services and access to over 50,000 products, we’re known for both quality and efficiency.
We’re now looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operative to support our operations team with stock control, dispatch, and light production work. This role offers real variety, opportunities to grow your skills, and a long-term place in a high-performing team.
What You’ll Be Doing

Goods-In & Stock Management

Unload and check daily deliveries

Accurately match goods to purchase orders and book in stock

Maintain stock levels and flag reorders when necessary

Order Fulfilment & Dispatch

Pick, pack, and label orders with precision

Keep paperwork aligned with system records
-

Production Prep & Support
-
Prepare garments for embroidery and printing
-
Operate heat press machines to apply logos and transfers
-
Ensure machines are stocked with correct garments and consumables
-

General Warehouse Duties

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace

Assist with manual handling tasks

What You’ll Need
-
Full UK Driving Licence (Essential – site is not accessible via public transport)

Previous experience in warehousing, stock control, or logistics

Physically fit and confident handling manual tasks

Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work

Basic IT skills (Excel, label printers, stock management systems)

A proactive, team-oriented attitude

Willingness to learn and support garment production processes
Hours & Location

Monday–Thursday: 12pm–8pm

Friday: 10am–6pm

Location: On-site only – East Kilbride, G75 0RH

Optional paid overtime available
