We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Transport Planner to join our growing team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth, cost-effective, and timely delivery of goods across our UK network.
What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate and plan transport schedules for efficient delivery of goods

Receive, confirm, and process transportation orders

Optimise vehicle routing and delivery costs

Monitor and communicate with drivers to manage delivery timelines

Maintain accurate and up-to-date transport records and documentation
-
Respond to customer enquiries and handle delivery-related complaints professionally

Liaise closely with drivers and customers to meet delivery expectations

Ensure transport processes comply with company policies and safety standards

Support the Operations Manager with procedural improvements

Ensure work area cleanliness and support admin team as needed

Adhere to all Health & Safety protocols and report incidents as required

Proficiency in transport planning software and general IT systems
