Your Role at a Glance
As a Team Member, you’ll play a vital part in creating memorable customer experiences while supporting daily operations across multiple areas — from the kitchen to the bar, activity zones to retail.
Whether you’re preparing delicious food, welcoming families with a smile, or upselling the latest games and snacks, your work will help establish Guildford Mulligans as the top family entertainment venue in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Operations

Support daily activities to ensure smooth running of the site

Maintain excellent relationships with guests and team members

Assist with inventory, equipment care, and venue upkeep
Kitchen & Food Prep

Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages
-
Ensure all kitchen areas are clean, safe, and well-stocked

Follow food hygiene and health & safety standards
-
Monitor catered event bookings and prep accordingly
People & Teamwork

Embrace Adventure Leisure’s training platform (BGL Academy)

Collaborate with team members across departments
-
Help create a positive and inclusive workplace environment
Financial Responsibility

Uphold cash handling and stock control procedures

Support monthly stocktakes and retail performance tracking

Comply with company purchasing policies
Customer Experience

Deliver outstanding service to every guest

Engage positively with families, children, and event groups

Be proactive in responding to guest needs and feedback
What We’re Looking For
Experience
-
Minimum 1 year in a hands-on, customer-facing role
-
Food & Beverage experience – essential
-
Worked within a large or high-energy team environment
Skills & Knowledge

Understanding of food safety & kitchen protocols
-
Strong multitasking and organisational skills
-
Excellent communication and team collaboration
-
Bartending experience (a plus, but not essential)

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
