The Role
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media & Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead our presence across digital platforms and grow our affiliate and influencer programs. You’ll be at the heart of campaigns that tell our brand story, build meaningful partnerships, and deliver measurable growth.
What You’ll Do

Develop and manage content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms.

Lead planning and execution of campaigns for product launches, promotions, and evergreen initiatives.

Build and maintain strong affiliate and influencer relationships aligned with our brand mission.

Create authentic content informed by previous success, such as managing a campaign with The Body Shop.

Track performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to optimize content and partnerships.

Collaborate across departments to ensure brand consistency and community engagement.
What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in social media and/or affiliate marketing.

Proven ability to execute successful influencer or digital campaigns, ideally for global, ethical brands.

Experience using affiliate platforms like ShareASale, Impact, or similar.

Strong project management and communication skills.

Passion for sustainability, diversity, and community-driven marketing.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
