-
Work with younger pupils following a primary, topic-based curriculum.
-
Provide one-to-one and small group support across online and face-to-face environments.
-
Collaborate with families, teachers, and health professionals to promote positive attendance and engagement.
-
Assist with transition planning and reintegration to full-time education.
-
Contribute to the emotional, social, and academic progress of students.
Essential Criteria
-
Good general standard of education (GCSEs or equivalent).
-
Experience working in educational or social care settings.
-
Understanding of the challenges faced by children with health-related absences.
-
Strong communication, empathy, and collaboration skills.
-
Comfortable working flexibly across different teaching venues and platforms.
Why Join Us?
