About the Role

As a Student Funding Administrator, you will support the delivery and administration of US Federal Loans and other international loan schemes across the collegiate University. You’ll work closely with the Student Loans Administrator to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness under US Department of Education regulations.

In addition, you will assist in managing the Henry, Procter, and Choate Fellowships, prestigious awards enabling outstanding graduates from British universities to study at Harvard, Princeton, or Yale for one year. Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support US Federal Loans, ensuring accurate data management, disbursement tracking, and regulatory compliance.

  • Assist in the annual audit processes for loan schemes.

  • Support the Henry, Procter, and Choate Fellowship processes including application review and administration.

  • Contribute to broader administrative tasks across the Student Funding and Fee Policy Team.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with students, internal departments, and external funding bodies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous administrative experience required; experience in student funding or scholarship administration preferred.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data processing and record-keeping.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload.

  • Strong written communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office and data systems).

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal reporting systems.

  • Education to HND/HNC, Level 4/5 vocational qualification, or equivalent experience.
