About the Role
We are currently recruiting three Teaching and Learning Administrators—one Undergraduate and two Postgraduate—to support academic delivery across our programmes.
As a Teaching and Learning Administrator, you will be the key contact for students and academic staff. You will oversee all aspects of the student lifecycle, including:

Managing enquiries from prospective and current students

Coordinating module enrolment and attendance monitoring
-
Supporting assessment and examination logistics
-
Ensuring effective administration of quality assurance processes and committee support
-
Maintaining accurate student records using UCL systems
You will report to the relevant Programme Administrator and work as part of a high-performing administrative team, contributing to an outstanding student experience.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Criteria:
-
A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English & Maths), or equivalent experience
-
Experience in academic administration within higher/further education
-
Strong IT skills including MS Office, shared drives, and video conferencing tools
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-
Familiarity with online learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, MS Teams)
