Young Giants is looking for two passionate and organised Education Facilitators to join our dynamic team. In this remote-based role, you’ll be at the heart of delivering bespoke education programmes, ensuring every learner has access to the support they need to thrive.

Your Role – What You’ll Be Doing
As an Education Facilitator, you’ll support the Education Programme Lead in coordinating and delivering personalised learning programmes. This includes:

Liaising with parents, tutors, and stakeholders to create flexible education timetables

Booking venues, tutors, resources, courses, and exams
-
Managing digital systems and keeping accurate records
-
Monitoring attendance and ensuring clear communication
-
Supporting staffing needs and assisting with admin and logistics
-
Escalating complex cases and helping resolve issues quickly and empathetically

Essential:

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Confident communication across phone, email, and meetings

Experience in administration and customer service

Knowledge of the UK education system

Digital literacy (Microsoft Office, online management tools)

Adaptability, empathy, and a proactive mindset
Desirable:

Education to Level 3 or equivalent
-
Experience in education, social care, or mental health sectors

Familiarity with staffing/booking systems
-
Previous remote work experience
