Responsibilities

Oversee HR operations for a team of 85 employees, with the potential to scale support for up to 150 staff members.

Create and implement employee development and performance improvement plans to drive growth and accountability.

Manage employee benefits administration, including 401(k) plans and benefits enrollment.

Conduct regular evaluations for both staff and attorneys, ensuring timely feedback and consistent follow-ups.

Design and lead development and training programs aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Serve as the point of contact for employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and promoting a collaborative workplace culture.

Optimize onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires.

Lead hiring and offboarding efforts, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Partner with practice group leaders to establish performance review procedures and support employee development through routine check-ins.

Enhance company culture through employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events and holiday celebrations.

Requirements

Proven HR leadership experience, preferably within a high-detail industry such as legal services.

Strong understanding of benefits administration, including 401(k) and health plan management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.

Deep knowledge of HR compliance, policies, and regulatory requirements.
