This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role in a visually stunning, calming, and creative shopping space.
Your Role: Store Manager
As Store Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring both commercial success and a delightful customer experience. You’ll lead by example, foster team spirit, and uphold Søstrene Grene’s high standards in everything from customer service to visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities

Create a warm, welcoming environment for customers

Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the store ambiance aligns with our brand

Oversee all visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand standards

Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times

Motivate and lead your team to achieve and exceed targets

Foster a supportive, positive team culture

Manage deliveries and stockroom organisation

Train, support, and develop new and existing team members

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Maintain high health, hygiene, and safety standards

Conduct regular health and safety checks in accordance with company guidelines

Take full ownership of day-to-day operations, task delegation, and sales performance monitoring
What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years of management experience in a retail environment

Passion for customer experience and visual presentation
