The Opportunity
Are you passionate about developing people and designing transformational learning experiences? We’re looking for a Retail Training Manager to lead the charge in developing our UK store teams. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role that blends learning innovation, coaching culture, and brand excellence.
You’ll manage a dynamic training calendar that supports both new store launches and ongoing development, partnering closely with HR, Store Leaders, and our Sephora University Europe team to deliver impactful learning experiences across all formats.
Key Responsibilities

Design and execute the annual retail training calendar aligned with UK business priorities and regional strategy

Deliver training programmes across onboarding, product knowledge, client experience, and leadership development

Manage in-person classroom sessions, digital learning, and in-store coaching

Monitor performance metrics and report training impact to senior stakeholders

Collaborate with brand partners to align on training initiatives and execution

Act as the main UK liaison to the European training community

Maintain and optimise digital learning platforms and tools for store teams

Coach and develop the UK Retail Training Specialist to support long-term talent growth
