We See You. We Celebrate You. We Want You.

At Lush, we believe in building a brand that reflects the diversity of our world. Your identity and voice matter—and we want you to be part of a company where you can truly be yourself. We’re looking for people who bring energy, curiosity, and a passion for people and planet.

Who We Are

You may know us as the creators of the bath bomb, but we’re so much more than that. Lush is a family-run, partly employee-owned business with strong ethics and bold values. We’re committed to ethical sourcing, fighting animal testing, regenerating the planet, and paying fair wages. As a certified Living Wage Employer, we believe in doing business differently—putting more back into the world than we take from it.

The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of our store—welcoming customers, creating magical experiences, and sharing your passion for our products. You’ll use your product knowledge to make tailored recommendations, offer demonstrations, hand out personalised samples, and help host inclusive in-store events that keep customers coming back.

Your day-to-day tasks will also include stock management, visual merchandising, and contributing to a positive team environment. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly how we like it!

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer Obsessed: You live for 5-star customer experiences and genuinely love helping others

  • Team Player: You bring energy to the floor and lift up those around you
