We’re excited to grow our Customer Experience Team with the addition of a Sales Support Specialist. This pivotal, remote-based role will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and outstanding customer journey from inquiry to delivery.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the ambassador of excellent service, handling inbound calls and emails professionally and efficiently

  • Qualify and delegate sales leads, while managing lead generation platforms

  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales orders, and updates in our CRM system

  • Process sample and product orders, including quoting, invoicing, and coordinating shipments

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and help them specify our materials effectively

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to track leads and customer interactions

  • Conduct market and performance analysis, contributing to strategic insights

  • Assist with sales and marketing campaigns, customer outreach, and trade event logistics

  • Manage social media inquiries and engage with our global audience in a professional tone

  • Provide system guides and support to the wider sales team

  • Take on administrative and project-based tasks as required by the Head of Market Engagement

What You’ll Need:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales/Customer Service (required)

  • Proven background in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with logistics understanding

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Confidence in engaging with customers by phone and email

  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (e.g., Prospect), and email tools

  • Familiarity with Xero, Adobe Acrobat, or export/freight processes is a plus

  • Flexible and adaptable attitude with a team player mentality
