Are you a confident communicator with telephone experience looking for a flexible, remote opportunity? Join our professional Market Research Interviewing team and contribute to meaningful research on topics such as banking, healthcare, finance, leisure, and product testing.
We’re expanding our remote telephone interviewing team and are looking for individuals with strong communication skills and prior experience in telephone-based roles (market research preferred).
What You’ll Do:

Conduct high-quality telephone interviews with business owners and the general public

Accurately collect and record data for market research purposes – 100% no sales

Communicate with professionalism and clarity to ensure accurate responses
-
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical research standards
-
Receive full training and support from an experienced team
Requirements:
-
Minimum 1 year of telephone interviewing or customer service experience
-
Excellent telephone manner and professional communication skills
-
Ability to commit to 3–5 days per week, minimum of 6 hours per day

Available for weekday shifts (between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm)

Must complete a 3-shift paid trial period
Remote Work Setup Requirements:

Headset or earphones with a microphone

Stable broadband (minimum 10MB download/upload speed)

Rates of Pay:
-
£12.25/hour (aged 21+) | £13.73/hour with holiday pay

£10.18/hour (ages 18–20) | £11.41/hour with holiday pay

£8.37/hour (ages 16–17) | £9.38/hour with holiday pay
(Holiday pay is calculated at 12.07% and automatically included)
