Your Role
As a Customer Experience Assistant, you will:
-
Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service in a library, heritage or cultural setting.

Help the public access a wide range of services, including council information, tourism, local history, health and community resources.

Assist users with digital tools, internet access, and ICT facilities.

Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings and weekends.
What You’ll Need
Experience in a library, heritage site, museum, gallery, or customer service role
Ability to use IT systems and conduct effective internet searches
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confidence in managing different customer needs and difficult situations
A commitment to accessibility, inclusion, and community wellbeing
