What You’ll Do:

As part of our Graduate & Placement Programme, you’ll:

  • Gain exposure across IT infrastructure, finance, operations, or client success teams

  • Work directly with clients, including senior managers and financial institutions

  • Tackle real-world projects and manage your own workload from day one

  • Travel to global offices and assist in global deployment projects (for selected candidates)

  • Be immersed in the financial technology sector while building your skills in research, communication, and business strategy

Essential Criteria:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong research abilities and attention to detail

  • Proven time management and organisational skills

  • Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

  • Willingness to travel internationally

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Working towards or completed an undergraduate degree (any discipline)

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in start-ups, business, or tech environments

  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication

  • Background in project management or managing your own initiatives

  • Demonstrated interest in financial markets or emerging tech
