Position Overview
An esteemed and highly successful hospitality group, widely recognized for its exceptional reputation and influence within the San Francisco hospitality industry, is seeking an experienced Bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead and elevate its HR function across multiple affiliated businesses. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive human resources strategy that supports both business objectives and a people-first culture.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and bilingual (Spanish/English) HR professional with a strong background in high-end hospitality environments. Key qualifications include:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)

A minimum of five (5) years of progressive HR management experience, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup-like hospitality or service settings

Proven success in navigating complex, dynamic workplaces and leading HR functions during periods of rapid organizational change

A solid understanding of employment law, compliance, and best practices in HR operations

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
