What You’ll Do in This Role
As an integral member of the local HR team, embedded directly within the business, you will provide full-spectrum HR generalist support and strategic guidance to leaders and employees. Your responsibilities will include:

Serving as a trusted advisor to leadership on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, engagement, development, promotion, leave management, discipline, and separations.

Driving key HR initiatives related to organizational design, change management, talent and performance management, compensation, workforce planning, and employee relations.

Leading efforts in talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and team development to support high-performing, inclusive teams.
-
Managing labor relations, including administration of the collective bargaining agreement and maintaining a strong working relationship with union representatives.

Ensuring effective utilization of HR systems (such as SuccessFactors Suite) by managers and supporting data integrity and compliance.

Representing the company in local community relations efforts and coordinating employee engagement initiatives.

Handling various local HR administrative functions such as unemployment claims, recordkeeping, and internal reporting.

Participating in regional and global HR projects, which may involve occasional domestic or international travel.

Supervising and mentoring the HR Assistant/Office Administrator.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (SHRM certification may be substituted).

3+ years of HR generalist experience or 8+ years of increasing business leadership responsibilities with a strong HR component.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor and high integrity.
-
Proficiency in handling confidential information and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Proven project management skills with a track record of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
-
Team-oriented with the flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of U.S. employment law (FMLA, ADA, EEO/AA, etc.).
What You’ll Receive
Compensation & Bonus:

Salary Range: $90,000 – $143,000 (based on location, skills, education, and experience).

Annual Bonus Target: 12% (subject to company performance and plan provisions).
