Human Resources Manager

Job Category: Finance and Buisness
Job Type: Full Time
Job Location: USA

Company Overview

America’s First Network Credit Union began in 1976 in Clinton, Connecticut, originally known as Chesebrough-Pond’s Federal Credit Union. In 1989, we expanded by opening a branch in Unilever’s Corporate Complex in Trumbull, Connecticut—a location we proudly continue to operate. Following the acquisition of Chesebrough-Pond’s, Inc. by Unilever Home & Personal Care USA, we rebranded as Personal Care America Federal Credit Union.

While Unilever remains a key sponsor, we now serve a diverse membership of over 7,000 individuals—including employees from 76 companies and their immediate family members—across various industries.

In 2016, we transitioned from a federally chartered to a state-chartered credit union and adopted the name America’s First Network Credit Union. With this change, we introduced an innovative “Network” model, enabling other credit unions to join as divisions of our organization.
