Essential Functions

Drive lead generation and revenue growth by promoting and selling defi SOLUTIONS’ products and services within an assigned territory or account portfolio.

Develop and execute strategies and account plans to identify, qualify, and secure new clients in alignment with sales goals.

Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, including prospect qualification, needs assessment, solution presentation, and timely deal closure.

Independently craft and implement sales strategies tailored to key accounts while engaging regularly with executive-level stakeholders.

Leverage high-level relationships to expand account coverage and generate demand for solutions.

Identify and engage key influencers within client organizations, crafting action plans to support decision-making processes.

Align client business issues with defi solutions to secure funding for future initiatives and build executive credibility.

Proactively propose value-added solutions to stimulate customer interest and help quantify business impact.

Stay informed on industry developments, using this insight to communicate defi’s value in the context of evolving market trends.

Clearly differentiate defi’s offerings from competitors by aligning solutions with the client’s business needs and goals.

Anticipate and address client concerns early to build alignment and deliver mutually beneficial solutions.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Demonstrated success in managing and selling to enterprise-level accounts

Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in solution-based selling within an enterprise software environment

Strong commercial negotiation and deal-structuring skills

Business acumen related to asset/resource management and revenue billing

Industry experience in auto or mortgage loan servicing preferred
