Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships within the freight and logistics sector. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strategic solution development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the seamless delivery of services. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:

Identify Opportunities: Conduct market research, networking, and analysis to target potential clients in the freight and logistics industry.

Generate Leads: Utilize cold calling, email marketing, social media, and participation in trade shows and industry events to build a robust pipeline.

Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into long-term customers by offering tailored freight solutions that address specific business needs.
Sales & Account Management:

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and service demonstrations, highlighting the benefits of the company’s logistics solutions.

Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and finalize contracts, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with client and company goals.

Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Consultative Selling & Solution Development:

Needs Assessment: Engage clients to understand their operational and logistical challenges.

Custom Solutions: Propose and develop tailored freight services based on client requirements and internal capabilities.

Execution Support: Partner with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation and optimization of service solutions.
Sales Strategy & Reporting:

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (preferred).

3–5 years of professional experience in sales, preferably within the freight, logistics, or transportation industry.

Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Physical & Work Requirements
