Position Overview:

The RSE will lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship-building to conducting product demos and closing deals. Working closely with the VP of Sales and internal teams, you’ll help define and execute strategies that support both territory expansion and company-wide growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically develop and execute sales plans to introduce myKaarma’s solutions to new automotive dealership clients.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, product demonstration (in-person and remote), and deal closure—typically within a 30-day cycle.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with dealership decision-makers such as General Managers, Fixed Ops Directors, and Parts/Service Managers.

  • Consistently build and maintain a robust pipeline by leveraging existing industry contacts and proactively identifying new opportunities.

  • Conduct impactful presentations and product demos that clearly communicate the value of myKaarma’s platform.

  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline progress using Salesforce CRM.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine sales strategies and improve operational efficiency.

  • Travel approximately 75% of the time within the assigned Great Lakes territory to meet with prospects and clients.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally with a track record of exceeding performance goals.

  • Demonstrated success selling to automotive dealership fixed operations (e.g., service, repair, maintenance).

  • Strong prospecting skills and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline.

  • Highly self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently in a remote capacity.

  • Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation abilities and a customer-centric approach to sales.

  • A proactive, goal-driven mindset with a passion for problem-solving and strategic thinking.

  • Ability to collaborate with a Territory Partner on joint planning and execution.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network within the franchise automotive or dealership industry.

  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to the automotive sector.

  • Familiarity with the Toyota Production System and principles like Genchi Genbutsu.

  • Previous experience working with large, multi-state dealer groups.
