Employee Benefits Sales Producer – Employee Benefits Client Advisor
As a Client Advisor at World, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering tailored risk management solutions to both businesses and individuals. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and secure new commercial clients—ranging from small businesses to large enterprises—by leveraging World’s specialized expertise across diverse industries. While your core focus will be on employee benefits and commercial insurance solutions, you’ll also have the opportunity to offer clients a broad suite of services, including personal lines insurance, retirement and 401(k) planning, and payroll and HR outsourcing solutions. What You’ll Do as a Client Advisor

Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities within the Employee Benefits space.

Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.

Present customized employee benefits strategies, identifying coverage gaps and offering comprehensive risk solutions.

Expand relationships with existing clients by identifying cross-sell opportunities across all World services.

Lead renewal workflows to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention.

What We Look For in an Employee Benefits Client Advisor

Experience: 3–5+ years in an insurance brokerage or carrier role, preferably with a focus on employee benefits.

Compensation & Benefits
At World, your earning potential is directly tied to your performance. We offer a competitive base salary plus commission, along with a robust benefits package that includes:

Base salary range: $80,000 to $200,000+, depending on experience and production.
