Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Market Development:
    Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at expanding business in both new and established markets, with a focus on long-term growth and profitability.

  • Client Acquisition:
    Proactively identify, target, and engage potential new clients through market research, networking, and leveraging industry contacts to generate qualified leads.

  • Market Awareness:
    Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of market dynamics, fashion trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform business decisions and uncover growth opportunities.


Required Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills:
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to clients, internal teams, and senior leadership.

  • Sales Experience:
    A minimum of 5 years of proven success in sales and business development, specifically within the apparel industry—covering ladieswear, menswear, and sleepwear. Experience in children’s wear is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset:
    Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, combining a self-starting attitude with the discipline of structured processes and effective team leadership.

  • Client-Centric Focus:
    Strong relationship-building and negotiation capabilities, with a consistent track record of delivering excellent customer service and maintaining client satisfaction.

  • Industry Connections:
    An established network of industry relationships and recent experience working with well-known retailers or fashion accounts is highly desirable.
