The Role: Graduate Researcher / Consultant

As a Researcher, you will be instrumental in supporting senior consultants by conducting in-depth market research, mapping candidate landscapes, and shortlisting high-quality professionals. Over time, you’ll grow into a confident industry specialist with direct exposure to candidate engagement and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed market mapping and candidate sourcing

  • Build target shortlists for executive roles

  • Analyse industry trends and company structures

  • Assist in client briefings and research documents

  • Communicate with candidates and support interview processes

  • Develop specialist knowledge of your assigned sector

  • Work closely with senior consultants and contribute to strategic searches

What We’re Looking For:

  •  Degree from a Top 40 UK University (or equivalent)

  •  Professionalism, drive, and eagerness to learn

  •  Proven success in academics, sports, extracurriculars or work experience

  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  •  Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

  •  Confidence in building relationships and working in a team
