What You’ll Do

As a Junior Treasury Analyst Apprentice, you’ll support the Group Treasury Front Office, responsible for the global funding and cash management of our operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Performing daily bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash positions in the Treasury Management System

• Initiating ad-hoc payments via internal systems and online banking platforms

• Handling intercompany funding and foreign currency transactions (USD, EUR, GBP)

• Monitoring receipts and clearing month-end transactions

• Updating treasury systems with key data changes

• Assisting with monthly cash reports and data tracking

• Supporting treasury integration for acquisitions

• Contributing to ad-hoc projects, reviewing procedures, and training team members

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need prior experience—just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!Essential:

• GCSEs (including Maths and English)

• Strong written and spoken English

• Interest in finance, numbers, and problem-solving

• Organised with excellent attention to detail

• Eager to pursue a professional treasury or finance qualification

Desirable:

• Experience handling numbers in school, college, or part-time roles

• Effective communicator who enjoys working with others
