About the Role

Join the patient-facing team at Whitehouse Surgery, part of OneMedical Group, as a Receptionist (Patient Navigator). This role is essential in helping patients access quality healthcare while supporting a multi-disciplinary team. You’ll work across reception, telephone, and administrative functions to help deliver an outstanding experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check-in patients and visitors at reception

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately

  • Use SystemOne to manage bookings, registrations, and electronic patient records

  • Assist with filing, scanning, photocopying, and mail handling

  • Support clinical and admin staff with day-to-day administrative tasks

  • Maintain a tidy reception area and complete end-of-day handovers

  • Process registrations, deductions, and internal communications

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a medical receptionist or patient navigator role (preferred)

  • Strong IT skills and confidence using phone systems

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills

  • A friendly, empathetic, and professional manner

  • Ability to follow procedures and remain calm under pressure

  • Experience with SystemOne (desirable)
