Now, we’re hiring a Billing and Contract Analyst in Dundee to support our Bank Branding Team with accurate contract implementation, billing oversight, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret contract terms and enter data into billing systems

• Onboard new contracts and amendments efficiently

• Maintain accurate customer account and bank detail records

• Prepare and analyze monthly billing reports and variances

• Coordinate and execute monthly billing cycles and reconciliations

• Ensure compliance with audit procedures (SOX, internal & external)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and resolve invoice discrepancies

• Support process improvements and documentation initiatives

• Maintain a detailed control log of contract changes and billing updates

Requirements & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or contract administration

• College-level accounting coursework; degree preferred

• Strong Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint skills

• Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP systems (a strong plus)

• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or MS Access (advantageous)

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong multitasking ability

• Comfortable interpreting and working with complex contracts

• Proactive, independent, and deadline-focused team player
