About the Role
At ILM, innovation and collaboration drive everything we do. We’re seeking a skilled Production Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in managing complex production finance operations across multiple projects, supporting VFX Producers, Executive Producers, and cross-functional teams with insightful financial analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Partner strategically with Executive and VFX Producers to manage multi-currency budgets spanning $1M to $100M across multiple projects. Collaborate with financial analysts across ILM studios to meet reporting deadlines and financial objectives.

Prepare and deliver scenario planning, cost projections, and detailed analyses of regional tax incentives.

Ensure timely and accurate month-end financial reporting, including project forecasts for ILM’s consolidated Forecasts and Plans. Maintain comprehensive records for audits and variance explanations.

Generate routine weekly and ad hoc financial reports tailored for Executive Producers, Producers, and senior executives.

Oversee billing details and provide invoicing information for contracts and rebillable projects.

Transform complex financial data into clear, digestible summaries and visual presentations for diverse stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification preferred.

Proven experience in production finance, project analysis, or accounting within the entertainment industry. Expertise in managing multi-currency transactions and global financial reporting is highly valued.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Highly adaptable and organized, capable of prioritizing and managing shifting workloads in a fast-paced environment.
