The Opportunity

Huel is looking for a Junior Product Marketing Manager who’s passionate about product, strategy, and growth. You’ll take the lead on key product ranges, collaborating with teams across the business to shape go-to-market plans, analyse performance, and grow brand love globally.

This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years’ experience in brand or product marketing, preferably in FMCG, nutrition, or wellness, who thrives in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the product owner for selected categories, managing strategy and performance.

  • Develop and lead go-to-market strategies for NPD (New Product Development) and EPD (Existing Product Development).

  • Collaborate with NPD, Project Management, and Technical teams to align product roadmaps with customer insights and trends.

  • Present product launches and updates to Senior Leadership.

  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify new opportunities.

  • Use data analysis to identify product performance issues and drive improvements.

  • Act as a cross-functional liaison, aligning efforts between marketing, finance, and operations.
