About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Business Support Officer to join our team in East London. In this finance-focused administrative role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth processing of payments, invoice management, and communication with internal teams and external providers.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage a busy shared mailbox, ensuring timely responses and accurate handling of information

Process invoices and payments in line with internal financial procedures and compliance requirements

Liaise with external suppliers to follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve payment-related queries

Maintain and update financial records to support reporting and tracking

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the finance team and wider business support function
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a business support or administrative role, ideally with a financial focus

Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail

Clear and confident communication skills – both written and verbal

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

Familiarity with invoice processing systems or finance platforms
