Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM tools to identify potential clients in need of transportation, warehousing, or fulfillment services

Qualify and nurture leads through the sales pipeline; collaborate with account managers and operations teams to close business

Clearly communicate the company’s expertise in handling high-value, high-security freight

Schedule and lead virtual meetings or calls to present tailored logistics solutions

Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead statuses within the CRM system

Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets, including call volume, lead conversion, and revenue goals

Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to better position the company’s services

Support quoting, proposal development, and work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred — or at least 3 years of proven sales experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or supply chain

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers
