Position Overview
Employee Benefits Sales Producer – Client Advisor
As a Client Advisor at World, you’ll play a key role in delivering innovative risk management solutions to businesses and individuals. Your primary responsibility is to identify, engage, and secure new commercial clients—ranging from small businesses to large enterprises—by leveraging World’s broad and unique service offerings. While your focus will be on Employee Benefits, you’ll also be empowered to offer clients solutions across personal lines, 401(k)/retirement plans, payroll, and human capital management. With World’s comprehensive portfolio, the opportunities to create value for clients—and build your book of business—are nearly limitless.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify, prospect, and close new Employee Benefits business opportunities

Utilize outbound strategies—calls, emails, networking, mail campaigns, and industry associations—to engage potential clients

Identify and pursue opportunities to introduce clients to World’s full suite of services, beyond employee benefits

Assess client needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend tailored solutions

Expand services with existing clients by rounding out accounts
-
Drive client retention by managing renewals and maintaining strong relationships
What We’re Looking For
Our successful Employee Benefits Client Advisors:

Have 3–5+ years of experience with insurance carriers or brokerages, specifically in Employee Benefits
-
Are personable, self-driven, and motivated to achieve personal and professional growth

Possess excellent listening skills and maintain a strong client-first focus

Excel in consultative selling and bring a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
-
Have experience with platforms like BenefitPoint and CRM tools such as HubSpot
-
Thrive independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment

Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Exhibit strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive client information

At World, your compensation directly reflects your performance and contributions. We offer:

A competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions

Base salary range: $80,000 to $200,000+, depending on experience and revenue generation
