Responsibilities

  • Support and enhance HR processes and systems by maintaining and configuring the SAP HR Payroll system.

  • Manage SAP Payroll configuration and provide administrative support.

  • Collaborate closely with the functional HR Payroll team to ensure smooth operations and ongoing support of the SAP Payroll module.

  • Engage with HR payroll teams and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for system updates and maintenance.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in application design and development, OR

  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years of experience in application design and development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience and understanding of HR payroll processes.

  • Proficiency with SAP Payroll module, including configuration and administration from an IT standpoint.

  • Strong ability to gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and document them effectively.

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
