About the Role
Are you friendly, proactive, and love working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for Customer Assistants to join our Replenishment team at Morrisons.
As a vital part of the store, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our shelves are fully stocked with our fresh and ambient products, helping to deliver a seamless shopping experience for every customer. Product availability is key to keeping our customers happy, and you’ll play a direct role in making that happen.
You’ll also be trained across other departments such as Market Street and Customer Service, so flexibility and a team-first attitude are essential.
What You’ll Do

Replenish stock on shelves across fresh and ambient sections

Ensure product availability and excellent presentation standards

Rotate stock and check dates to maintain freshness

Support other departments as needed (e.g. Market Street, Checkouts)

Deliver friendly, helpful service to all customers

Follow store safety and hygiene standards at all times
About You
You’ll be the kind of person who:

Has a helpful and friendly style and enjoys interacting with customers

Is active and hands-on, enjoying physical work in a busy environment

Takes initiative and looks for ways to support the team

Can maintain high health and safety standards while using store equipment

Is happy to adapt to changing tasks and support wherever needed
