About the Role:
We’re recruiting Customer Team Members to join our friendly and community-focused team at Co-op. In this customer-facing role, you’ll support daily store operations while delivering outstanding service to every shopper.
You’ll help with everything from working on tills and replenishing stock to maintaining store cleanliness and safety. If you’re a people person with a passion for helping others and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, helpful, and thoughtful customer service

Support customers with queries and promote Co-op products and membership

Keep the store safe, clean, and legally compliant by checking dates, prices, and temperature controls

Assist in stock rotation and shelf replenishment

Get involved in local community events and initiatives

Contribute to continuous improvement and support new product launches or services
