Senior Product Analyst – Job Overview
At Ryan Specialty, we are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to support the continued evolution and enhancement of our digital distribution platforms and related systems. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming complex business needs into actionable insights and solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, insurance carrier partners, and internal teams to drive functionality and performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Actively participate in shaping and advancing the functionality of our digital platforms and adjacent systems.

Collaborate with product managers, subject matter experts, and insurance carriers to strengthen and expand our product offerings.

Document business requirements and monitor risks and issues in partnership with insurance carriers; manage project plans and deliverables for insurance product teams.

Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for solution delivery teams.

Support all phases of the solution lifecycle: maintain enhancement backlogs, develop test scripts, execute test cases, and provide ongoing support.

Serve as a subject matter expert in insurance underwriting, policy issuance, and post-issuance changes when necessary.

Design, document, and improve business processes.

Identify problems accurately and develop effective solutions, coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and other partners as needed.
Qualifications
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a business setting; experience in the insurance, financial services, or technology industries is highly preferred.

Background in the property and casualty insurance industry is a plus.

Compensation

Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually

Compensation is determined based on skills, experience, certifications, and market conditions.
