What You’ll Do:

  • Develop Product Strategy: Create and communicate a clear vision and strategy for products that directly impact end-users, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Build Product Roadmaps: Design and maintain detailed product roadmaps, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Manage Stakeholders: Collaborate effectively with various teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Conduct User Research: Gather user feedback and conduct research to understand needs and pain points, then translate these insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Oversee Product Development: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideas to launch, ensuring high quality and exceptional user experiences.
  • Monitor Performance: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Communicate Effectively: Keep internal teams and end-users informed about product updates, changes, and releases with clear and transparent communication.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in roles managing end-user impacting processes.
  • A strong grasp of user-centric design principles and process optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across various teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools like Microsoft 365 and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for making data-driven decisions.

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected base salary for this role ranges from $190,000.00 to $250,000.00. Your actual salary offer will depend on your skills, training, experience, education, certifications, and licenses, as well as market and organizational factors. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, and 401K plans, and you’ll be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
