What You’ll Do:

As a Sr. Product Manager, you’ll be a driving force in our Specialty Cyber team:

  • Own Product Strategy & Roadmaps: Drive product direction by leveraging user insights, data, and emerging technologies, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Build for the Customer: Conduct market research, user interviews, and gather feedback to ensure we deliver real, tangible value to our customers.
  • Drive Key Metrics: Define and take ownership of business-impacting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), emphasizing both delivery speed and product quality.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Underwriting, and Marketing to break down complex visions into valuable, deliverable components.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Implement A/B tests, analyze performance metrics, and continuously iterate on product improvements based on data.
  • Foster Innovation: Champion the latest AI and data-driven practices, pushing boundaries to create forward-thinking solutions.
  • Champion User Experience: Oversee product enhancements to make the user experience smoother, more intuitive, and more compelling.
  • Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: Clearly communicate roadmaps, priorities, and trade-offs to ensure alignment across the entire organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in innovative, well-established product companies or successful startup environments.
  • A proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver solutions that create measurable business impact.
  • A strong customer-focused mindset, always seeking ways to create exceptional user experiences.
  • Comfort and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Enthusiasm for AI, data analytics, and emerging technologies, and how they can drive innovation.

  • Influence: The ability to influence leaders at all levels, even without traditional hierarchy.

What Is a Must Have?

  • Three years of work experience in a related field.
  • Three years of experience motivating/influencing teams.
