Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and implement digital marketing strategies to promote brand visibility and engagement.

  • Manage content creation and publication across digital channels—social media, websites, email newsletters.

  • Track and analyse marketing metrics, providing actionable recommendations.

Social Media Management

  • Manage social profiles (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

  • Create and schedule engaging posts and respond to customer interactions.

  • Monitor trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Content Creation

  • Design and produce engaging content—graphics, short videos, and written posts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing goals and venue activities.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with day-to-day office tasks such as data entry, correspondence, scheduling, and record keeping.

  • Support the Office Manager with document preparation and general administration duties.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing or social media management (preferred).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with social media tools, email marketing platforms, and basic design tools.

  • Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT skills.

  • Previous office administration experience is advantageous.
