Coolfun Ltd is looking for a versatile and proactive Digital Marketing and Administration Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities
Digital Marketing

Plan and implement digital marketing strategies to promote brand visibility and engagement.

Manage content creation and publication across digital channels—social media, websites, email newsletters.

Track and analyse marketing metrics, providing actionable recommendations.
Social Media Management

Manage social profiles (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

Create and schedule engaging posts and respond to customer interactions.

Monitor trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
Content Creation

Design and produce engaging content—graphics, short videos, and written posts.

Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing goals and venue activities.
Administrative Support

Assist with day-to-day office tasks such as data entry, correspondence, scheduling, and record keeping.

Support the Office Manager with document preparation and general administration duties.
Requirements

Experience in digital marketing or social media management (preferred).

Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with social media tools, email marketing platforms, and basic design tools.

Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT skills.

Previous office administration experience is advantageous.
