We offer a supportive and flexible working environment where you can grow your skills and contribute to the success of a thriving company. As we expand, we are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Office Administrator to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

 About the Role
As our Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting a range of administrative processes. You will be responsible for managing our filing systems, handling data entry, responding to emails, and assisting with contract preparation, among other general tasks.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys varied administrative work, is confident working independently, and is looking for a flexible part-time role with consistent hours during the week. While you will be self-employed, you’ll be a valued and integrated part of our team.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and maintain efficient filing systems (physical and digital)

  • Carry out accurate data entry and record management

  • Prepare and issue contracts for new tenants

  • Handle incoming post and emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups

  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate servicing of office equipment

  • Support ongoing efforts to improve internal processes and procedures

  • Collaborate with team members and respond to instructions from management

 Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines

  • Confident taking initiative, but also comfortable working under direction

  • Strong attention to detail, especially when handling contracts and data

  • Proficient with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Self-employed status (or willingness to register as self-employed)

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the UK

 Education & Experience

  • GCSEs or equivalent (preferred)

  • Prior administrative experience is desirable, particularly in a property or office-based environment

 Location Requirement
This role is office-based. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Bristol (BS8 3PL) or be willing to relocate prior to starting the role.
