Role Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator / Systems Administrator to support the Head of Revenue with the implementation of a new Property Management System (PMS). This is a key role requiring accuracy, data management skills, and the ability to work well in a busy office environment.
What You’ll Do

Research, gather, and verify data for import spreadsheets

Update, amend, and cross-check historical data from multiple sources

Input rates, units, and configuration data into the new PMS

Support the Head of Revenue on system implementation tasks, including joining team calls

Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence

Assist the Reservations team with booking confirmations and enquiry logging
Who We’re Looking For
-
2+ years’ experience in Office Administration (strong Excel skills essential)

1+ years’ experience in Hospitality

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
-
Strong communication skills and ability to focus on detailed tasks in a busy environment
