Role Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator / Systems Administrator to support the Head of Revenue with the implementation of a new Property Management System (PMS). This is a key role requiring accuracy, data management skills, and the ability to work well in a busy office environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Research, gather, and verify data for import spreadsheets

  • Update, amend, and cross-check historical data from multiple sources

  • Input rates, units, and configuration data into the new PMS

  • Support the Head of Revenue on system implementation tasks, including joining team calls

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence

  • Assist the Reservations team with booking confirmations and enquiry logging

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience in Office Administration (strong Excel skills essential)

  • 1+ years’ experience in Hospitality

  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Strong communication skills and ability to focus on detailed tasks in a busy environment

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm

  • Weekend availability
