Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mentor to support individuals in both their personal and academic development. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in early childhood education—particularly in toddler and preschool care—who is passionate about helping others grow.

As a Mentor, you’ll foster a positive and engaging learning environment, promote behavioural development, and help mentees achieve their full potential through guidance, support, and education in key subject areas like Maths and physical education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one mentoring focused on personal growth and academic achievement

  • Implement behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere

  • Educate and support mentees in subjects such as Maths and physical education

  • Conduct tutoring sessions to reinforce learning and improve understanding

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with mentees through effective communication

  • Track progress and provide constructive feedback through regular assessments

  • Collaborate with parents or guardians to support overall mentee development

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in toddler care and preschool education (essential)

  • Strong mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate learners

  • Proficiency in teaching physical education and basic Maths

  • Effective behaviour management techniques suitable for early childhood settings

  • Excellent communication skills with both children and adults

  • Strong proofreading skills, especially for reviewing educational materials or assignments

  • A deep passion for education and commitment to mentee success
