Position Overview
Aledade is seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our team in a lead generation role focused on the independent primary care sector. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare sales or business development who is passionate about transforming healthcare through value-based care. The role involves engaging with potential primary care partners through a variety of outreach strategies to generate and qualify leads, with a strong focus on collaboration, results, and industry knowledge.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling to identify potential leads within the primary care landscape

  • Qualify prospects by assessing their needs and determining alignment with Aledade’s value-based care model

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to design and execute targeted outreach campaigns

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activity in our CRM system and activity tracking tools like Outreach.io

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals for qualified lead generation

  • Stay informed on industry developments and Aledade’s evolving suite of solutions to effectively communicate value to prospective clients


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related function within the healthcare industry


Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport

  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets

  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment


Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and extensive computer use

  • Occasional walking and lifting may be required

  • Willingness to travel as necessary


Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $24.00 – $28.85

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $77,000 – $100,000 annually, including base pay, commission, and equity

  • Final compensation will be based on qualifications, skills, experience, and overall fit
